## Pricing

- **The Audit — $1,000 CAD, one-time.** Maps the business and delivers a ranked, priced menu of AI opportunities. Even an owner who stops after the audit leaves with a clear, jargon-free understanding of AI and where it would help them most — theirs to keep whether or not they build anything.
- **The Builds — priced per build (custom).** Each build is priced individually by how much work it takes to build and maintain. Example ranges: a simple automation (e.g. email triage) is roughly $750–1,500 CAD; a moderate agent (e.g. a self-updating CRM) is roughly $2,500–4,500 CAD; a complex pipeline (e.g. lead generation and enrichment) is roughly $6,000–10,000 CAD. Final prices are scoped from the actual build.
- **The Works — negotiated package rate.** Owners who opt in to build out their whole opportunity map get a reduced per-build rate.

There are no subscriptions and no lock-in. An owner can build nothing, build one thing, or build the works.
